driving instructor training costs
We started the instructor program because we are looking for first class instructors to help build our business. We do not ask for payment for the course up-front, and we have a near 100% success rate of our instructors completing training.
The cost of the ADI course is as follows:
Part 1 Training: £200
Part 2 Training: £750 Part 3 Training: £1850
Full Course: £2800
Franchise Bonus -£1000
Total Cost £1800
The above training costs include study materials and more than 60 hours of in-car tuition. To help spread the cost of the course, we do not ask you to pay for your training until you are ready to begin each section.
All instructors who complete the course will be offered a position with the school, and on completion of one year's franchise will receive back £1000 from their training costs.
Start Your new Career in Just 3 months
Completing the course can take as little as 3 months, but if you prefer you can spread your training out over a longer period. You also have the option to "earn as you learn", whilst completing your part 3 training. Trainee instructors are allowed to work on a "pink licence", which will help support you financially during your training and more importantly give you vital teaching experience. You will have 2 years from completing your part 1 to complete your ADI training, after which time you will need to retake your part 1 exam. You will have unlimited attempts at completing the part 1 exam, but you have only 3 attempts to pass the part 2 and 3 exams.
