Towing a trailer in Worcestershire

If you passed your driving test after the 1st January 1997, you may need to pass a special test in order to tow a trailer. if the M.A.M. (Maximum authorised mass) of your trailer is more than the unladen weight of the towing vehicle, or the combination is more than 3.5 tonnes, your category B license will be a provisional license for your car and trailer combination (license categories B + E).
Trailer Test Training (B+E)
We can provide training anywhere in the Worcestershire and South Birmingham area. The test is based on the LGV driving test and the usually takes just one or two days to prepare for.
The price of the trailer test is set by the DSA as £105 as of April 2008.
We currently charge £30/hour for training, the training is usually taken in the student's own vehicles but does include the use of our trailer. If you would like to one of our vehicles then there is a surcharge.
We offer trailer training in Worcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Redditch, Evesham, Droitwich, Pershore, Malvern and Tewkesbury.
